In the 6 hectares of vineyards in southern Burgenland, Stephan Oberpfalzer cuts one slice after the other to ensure the balanced development of his vineyards. Stephan Oberpfalzer represents a traditional vineyard work, which awards old vines high value. With high quality standards, wines are produced by grape varieties. The harmonize with the climatic conditions and soil information - especially Blaufränkisch! All wines reflect the variety typology and terroir of Southern Burgenland at a high level. "Trinculo", "gonzalo" and "prospero", also named after figures by William Shakespeare, are flagships flanked by "stephano rot", a blend of the typical grape varieties of Bordeaux. But the white grape varieties such as Grüner Veltliner from the Betonei, Welschriesling or Traminer have high priority.
