In 1984, at the age of 20, Markus Molitor took over his family's winery with a clear goal: to produce Mosel Rieslings under the name "Molitor" that would reflect the tradition of eight generations and bring back the style that made the region world-famous a century ago - site-specific, distinctive, and extremely age-worthy.
