    Vintage Description:

    Clear and bright with a light gold colour, tinged with lime green. Elegant and subtle, with delicate aromas of lime, green fig and floral notes delineating towards elderflower and orange blossom. Terrific freshness, good fruit concentration and depth, but it remains restrained and elegant with stony mineral nuances. The fresh acidity is beautifully balanced with a mouth-coating creamy texture on the palate.

    Hand picked and specially selected from the best vineyard blocks on the estate, from Februrary till March.

    Vinification:

    Fermented in large 600 litre barrels (demi-muid). About 40% of the grapes for this wine were whole-bunch pressed. With the desire to experiment and improve on the efforts every year, they included a small 5% component of amphora-aged Sémillon.

    Ageing:

    7 months on the less in demi-muid (600 litre oak barrel) partly new, partly used.
