Chardonnayvineyard:
El Centinela Estate. Block Nº 5, Quebrada Alta. Located just 7 kilometers from the Pacific Ocean in the Casablanca Valley, where the Humboldt Current lowers the water temperature significantly, making it one of the coldest regions in Chilean viticulture. Exposure to coastal breezes and morning fog that covers the vines each day slows the grape ripening process, leading to a smooth, flavorful wine.Soil:
