      Mature fruit dominates in an incipient bouquet which captures the aging and a slight toasty aroma. Soft tannin makes it more palatable in spite of its young age. Long, excellent aromatic aftertaste.

      Vinification:

      After the selection of the grapes in the winery, there is a destemming and squeezing. Afterwards, the must undergoes a fermentation with selected yeast for 15 days at a controlled temperature of 25-28 °C. There is a daily pumping during this process. Once the fermentation finishes, there is a maceration for 7 days.

      Ageing:

      15 months in barrique with 2 decantings, followed by at least 6 months in bottle.
