    Located in the heart of Valpolicella Classico in the hills of Negrar at an altitude of between 250 and 450 metres above sea level and facing southwest and southeast.

    Hand harvested early October.

    Vinification:

    Appassimento for 40 days. Destemmed and gentle pneumatic pressing in November. Maturation in 50 hl Slavonian oak vats for about 24 months, then in bottle for about 6 months before release.
